More New Stuff

These things are yet to be finished, but I thought I'd share them with you anyway.  Owls.  A LOT of owls.  Owls upon owls upon owls.  I've wanted to do this piece for a long time.  I mean, seriously, who doesn't love owls?  the only thing that compares are ostrich's.  I'm going to add some shading in there, which will give a little more interest, and for anyone who wants this as a poster, i can write their product name in the stars as constellation.

owls: all different types and species

Also, here is a color study of my next project.  it's not final yet, but i thought it would be fun to include it.  Plus, who doesn't like nawhals?? ...Seriously who doesn't like narwhals?

Hoot Hoot

Henry David Thoreau wrote about owls in his book Walden, "I rejoice that there are owls. Let them do the idiotic and maniacal hooting for men. It is a sound admirably suited to swamps and twilight woods which no day illustrates, suggesting a vast and underdeveloped nature which men have not recognized. They represent the stark twilight and unsatisfied thoughts which all [men] have." Translation: Owls are freaking awesome!
