Kevin Tong

Some of you know that we went up to California a little bit ago.  While we were there we met with one of our favorite artists, Kevin Tong.  We talked shop and he told us the ins and outs of screen printing.  The Screen printing community is always willing to help others out. We learned a lot while there, and it will help us advance in our printing techniques.

Monster, Goat, and Lion staredown

These are pieces that I did this week.   I decided to enjoy watercolor a little bit more.  The monster is a piece for Halloween.  The goat was a mistake, and the Lion I did for my portfolio submission to The Friend magazine for the LDS church.  Hopefully they'll work with me, and I can start a career.  Enjoy!

More practics paintings with watercolor

Here are some more water color things.  The bear, walrus alligator combo was done awhile ago, with a water color pencil and water.   The picture of the woman is Sharon Richmon.  She's my adopted grandma and has gone to all the major events in my life.

Ink and watercolor

The bear's in a gang, but the rest are chill

Trent and Taylor Gersbach illustration and art and graphic design stuff.

We dabble in ink drawings and digital arts mostly.  Here are a few recent ones.
Ink is a great medium, if you screw up, it looks like crap soooo....yeah lots of failed attempts.  ...Oh wait, we have computers now.....Yay ink!  More experimental stuff and practice paintings are coming up.

fat man

I draw fat people when I'm bored.  Fat man.

Really I'm just experimenting with brushes in Corel Painter.  Trying to experiment with colors at the same time.  I tried some of the lamest brushes in this one including impasto, but it kinda worked out for how I wanted it.  Corel Painter is pretty sweet that way.  So pretty much, what I'm trying to  say is here are some man boobs:
