TMNT
Donatello, the smart one, and obviously the best character in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game for nintendo. That game was impossible, I had to youtube the ending, and was I ever disappointed...
Anyway, all you ninja turtle fans out there will appreciate this one. I should probably apologize that it's not Raphael, but I wont.
On a side note if any of you want to see the saddest thing in your life (and by saddest, I mean funniest) click here

Dr. Zaius
I'm honest in saying that the first time I heard of Planet of the Apes was through a Simpsons episode. I enjoyed the original movie afterward, and when Tim Burton filmed a remake I was super excited. After watching that one I was super disappointed. For all you who are wondering, I haven't seen "Rise of the Planet of the Apes". Point being, you have The Simpsons to thank for this next painting:

NACHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Nacho Libre is quite possibly the best thing that Nickelodeon has ever brought to the world. I know what your thinking, "Oh, Avatar the Last Air Bender is so much better!" well, they pretty much screwed that one over with the movie didn't they? So as long as there's no sequel I think that I'm safe to say that it's the best thing that they haven't tarnished with their money grabbing schemes. Oh yeah, I was telling you about how much I love this movie...A lot.

Oompa-Loompas, kings of improv
From Loompaland, found in the Atlantic Ocean, have emerged some of the oddest creatures in the world. Hunted by Whangdoodles, Dickgobblers, Hornswogglers and Snozzywangers...wait...those names are freaking hilarious! Well point being, they exist. check it.

Fauns, Bird, and a Joel
Hello my Toasted Followers! This week has been quite busy and fun. I've been working a lot on my paintings, but I've been working on some different digital techniques as well. First off I have a painting that I did of Faun from Pan's Labyrinth. I'm amazed at the incredible creatures that Guillermo Del Toro comes up with. He also did the Hellboy movies. I recommend that you check them out. Also, check out Doug Jones(he played El Fauno). He seems to be in quite a few movies with makeup. He was in Warriors of Virtue, Mimic, Hellboy, Lady in the Water to name a few. Guillermo Del Toro made Pan's Labyrinth and said to Doug Jones that he HAD to be in the movie. Doug Jones was ecstatic to be in it, but reluctant when he heard it was in Spanish. He worked really hard to say his lines in Spanish, but his accent wasn't up to par so Del Toro had his lines dubbed. He also played the Pale Man. Yeah...so check it out and let me know what you think.
This next illustration I put together in photoshop. I just was playing around with the colors and was concerned with how the background was going to turn out, but I think I did a fairly decent job.
This final piece is just a new style I've been working on. I get frustrated with photoshop sometimes because I'm a lot more used to illustrator. I feel like I can control a lot more. I didn't want to do a self portrait so I asked my roommate if he wanted one. If you like it then maybe I can do one for you reader. Email me at mrtoastedtoast@gmail.com and we'll work something out.
If you like what you see, and I hope you do, feel free to to tell a friend or two. Bless you!

Hellboy
Here's the latest in the series. He's red. He loves cats. He files off huge horns in order to look normal and pass through doors. He smells like peanuts. If you haven't seen Hellboy than check him out. He's played by Ron Perlman who is awesome! Enjoy!
