Awhile ago my brother and I drove to California.  While driving we were listening to the podcast A.I.D. (Adventures in Design)  and a funny dog story came up.  For anyone who wants to hear it, it's episode 11.   I decided that it would be awesome to Illustrate that dog story, and show Billy and Mark.  So here it is:

I'm still working on developing a style and with the time I have it's kind of difficult.  I'm digging these watercolor portraits and studies that I'm doing, and they're all working out pretty well.  I'm up for critiques.  I'm also up for commissions.  You can just leave a comment if you want me to do an art piece for you.  Anyway, here's the new watercolor Illustration:

I think I'm going to explore this  style for awhile.  Any feedback would be great!  Also some good news, I just sold a commission yesterday, and got a new commission too.  Business is slowly picking up! 

Watercolor painting

The more I paint with watercolor the more problems I see with my own art.  It seems like I need to get used to painting again.  This Illustration took me a while.  Does anyone know what red head this is?

More practice paintings
