In a Star Wars Holiday Special Far Far Away...

Salt Lake City Comic Con!  I figured I'd get in the spirit a little early and paint one of the coolest nerdiest things ever.  Fun facts:


•Boba Fetts first appearance was in the Star Wars Holiday Special(don't watch it, just take my word for it).

•Chances are he was the one that killed Luke's aunt and uncle(whaaaaaat?????)

•jeez, that's all I care to share...

•can someone please get rid of these bullet points???

There we go.  It's funny that one of the baddest guys in the galaxy dies by someone turning around holding a freaking stick.  Live and learn I guess...or die and get eaten by a sarlacc...

Art Scavanger Date Night

So Kristy and I had a fun time this past week.  She made up an art scavenger hunt for us to do at the mall.  We both picked 5 things, which could range from something specific, like a 300 lb. person, to something general like, "out of this world".  We had a limited amount of time to find and then draw each thing.  It's kind of hard to draw people in secret.  out list included these:
• 300 lb person
• Heaven sent
• Punk working in a store
• Too flirty/ sexy
• Odd couple
• Pot head or douche bag
• An animal
• "Is that a boy or a girl?"
•  Kids gone wrong
• Out of this world

Loose Goose Adventure Time!

Just a sketch I did for practice.  I thought it would be fun to do loose goose.  He's one of my favorite characters from cartoon networks Adventure Time.  Ch-ch-ch-check it out!

Water Color Portrait

I've been wanting to paint this for awhile, but other projects kept coming up.  I'm glad that I could finally come around to it.  This is  a watercolor and ink piece.

Here's something I'm trying out.  I thought that I would test it out on a self portrait.  If anyone has a personal shrine to me, this is a must have.  It comes with a hand written note from me!  That's right you don't have to stock me anymore, with this hand painted duplication of my face.  Lock of hair upon request.
